The author is a chiropractic nutritionist. Studied under Dr Benedict Lust and V.G. Rocine, the homeopath. No mention of Hauser. A Seventh Day Adventist physician cured his bronchiectasis. With healthy foods and breathing exercises, found renewed energy and health. Established the Hidden Valley Ranch in Escondido as a retreat and learning center.

Includes iridology and homeopathy. Written when he was 80 years.

Rocine was interested in salts. We do not need much sodium, yet certain preparation methods deplete our food of the natural salts.

Anticipates the discovery of electromagnetic properties in foods.
