thereof fhall be duly paid off and difcharged, or that fufficient Money fhall be referved in the Exchequer for that purpofe; All the Monies which fhall or may from thenceforth arife by the Duties of Coffee, Tea, Chocolate, Spices and Pictures, Muflins, Drugs, China-Wares and Calicoes there by continued or granted until the twenty fourth Day of June 1714, fhall be fubjected and made liable towards making good the faid Yearly Fund to be fettled as aforefaid. 3dly, That immediate ly from and after the time that the Sum now remaining unfatisfy'd of the Loans not exceeding fix hundred thirty fix thousand nine hundred fifty feven Pound four Shillings and two Pence, fecuted by feveral Acts of the third and fixth Years of Her Majefty's Reign, upon the two Thirds of the Subfidies therein mentioned, and the Intereft thereof fhall be fully paid off and difcharged, or that fufficient Money fhall be referved in the Exchequer for that purpofe, all the Momes which fhall or may from thenceforth arife by the faid two Thirds of the faid Subfidies, until the feventh Day of March 1711, fhall also be fubjected and made liable, towards making good the faid Yearly Fund, to be fettled as aforefaid. 4thly, That towards raifing the Supply to be granted to Her Majefty, the Impofitions upon Wines, Vinegar, and Tobacco, which were firft granted to King James the Second, in the first Year of his Reign; and the Impofitions upon East-India Goods, and other Goods charged therewith, which were firft granted to their late Majefties King William and Queen Mary, in the fecond Year of their Reign, and the Additional Importions upon feveral Goods and Merchandizes which were at first granted to King William and Queen Mary, in the Fourth Year of their Reign; and the feveral Duties on WhaleFins imported, which were granted to King Wil liam in the ninth Year of his Reign, all which Duties have continuance by feveral fubfequent Acts, until the firft Day of August 1714, fhall be farther continued to Her Majelty, Her Heirs and Succeffors, from the laft Day of July 1714, to the firft Day of August 1716, and no longer. 5thly, That from and after the time that all the Princi

pal and Intereft, which by former Acts of Parlia ment are charged upon the faid Impofitions upon Wines, Vinegar, Tobacco, and Eat-India Goods, and upon the faid additional Impofitions, and upon the faid Duties upon Wale-Fins, or upon them or any of them, jointly with other Duties, "hall be paid off and fatisfy'd, or that fufficient Money fhall be referved in the Exchequer for that purpofe; All the Monies which shall from thenceforth, arife by the faid Impofitions upon Wines, Vinegar, Tobacco and Eat-India Goods, and by the faid Additional Impolition and Duties upon Whale-Fins, fhall be appropriated towards raifing the Supply granted to Her Majefty. 6thly, That all Tobacco to be used or confumed on 'board any of Her Majelty's Ships of War in any part of Europe (which fhall be fold by the Commander or Purfer) be Stampt- 7thly, That a 'Duty be laid upon the faid Stamps. 8thly, That the faid Duty be one Penny for every Stamp to be affixed to every four Pound Weight of fuch Tobacco, the fame to be paid by the Manufacturer March 5. thereof: Which Refolution being the next Day reported by Mr. Farrer, were agreed to by the 'House.

Pound per Cent. per Annum, for Circulation of the Exchequer Bills to be circulated by the Governour and Company of the Bank of England, from the time the faid Exchequer Bills fhall begin to be iffued, and the Intereft, of two Pence per Diem for every one hundred Pounds to be born upon the faid Bills, until the Funds which are to be made liable to the faid Allowances for Intereft and Cir'culation fhall, take Effect, and be fufficient for that purpose, a Power and Direction be given for 'iffuing like Exchequer Bills quarterly for fo much as the faid Allowances for Intereft and Circulation hall amount unto; and that the faid quarterly Bills have alfo the like Allowances as to Intereft and Circulation from their refpective times of their being made forth, and have the fame Currency in the publick Revenues, and be alfo charg

'dy of Tonnage and Poundage, and other Dutics
' and Sums of Money, payable upon Wines, Goods
and Merchandizes imported, which were granted
to his late Majefty King Charles the Second for his
Life, by an Act of Parliament in the Twelfth
"Year of his Reign, and which, by several fubfe-
quent Acts, have been granted to continue till the
first Day of Augut 1714, fhall be further conti-
nued from the laft Day of July 1714. and be pay-
able to Her Majefty, Her Heirs and Succeffors for
ever; and that the fame and all Arrearages there-
of (not already appropriated, or to be applied by
any former Act or Acts of Parliament in that be-
half) fhall be made subject and liable for, or to-
6 wards the Payment of two hundred thoufand
Pounds per Annum, to be appropriated and ap-
plied for, and towards the paying off and cancel-
'ling the faid Exchequer Bills until they fhall be
'wholly difcharged; the faid two hundred thou-

charged on the faid Half Subfidy, and other Du-

'Surplus which fhall from time to time arife, of

Then, and fo often every fuch Deficiency thall and may be made up out of "the Produce of thofe Funds in any fubfequent Year or Years, in which thall appear to be an Overplus, to be applied for, or towards making good of fuch Deficiency.
