Side 25 - If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of this Act shall for any reason be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remainder of this Act, but shall be confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, or part thereof directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have been rendered.

Side 2 - Commission. (c) MEMBERS FROM PRIVATE LIFE. — The members from private life shall each receive $50 per diem when engaged in the actual performance of duties vested in the Commission plus reimbursement for travel, subsistence, and other necessary expenses incurred by them in '-the performance of such duties.
Side 59 - In the administration of this Act, no department, agency, officer, or employee of the United States shall exercise any direction, supervision, or control over the personnel, curriculum, or program of instruction of any school or school system of any local or State educational agency.
Side 2 - Commission shall serve without compensation in addition to that received for their services as Members of Congress; but they shall be reimbursed for travel, subsistence, and other necessary expenses incurred by them in the performance of the duties vested in the Commission.
Side 9 - SEC. 302. (a) There is hereby created a body corporate to be known as the "Federal National Mortgage Association" (hereinafter referred to as the "Association"), which shall be a constituent agency of the Housing and Home Finance Agency.
