PRAISE AND THANKSGIVING FOR TEM
The lot is fallen unto me in a fair ground; yea, I have a goodly heritage. Psalm xvi. 6.、
O LORD, thou art my God; I will exalt thee: I will praise thy name, for thou hast done wonderful things (a). I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving kindness and thy truth (b). I am not worthy of the least of all the mercies which thou hast showed unto thy servant (c), for I am a sinful creature, O Lord (d). But thou, O Lord, art the lifter up of my head (e); thou preparest a table for me; my cup runneth

over (f): thou hast given me my heart's desire, and hast not withholden the request of my lips (g): thou hast made all things to prosper in mine hand (h). Now, therefore, my God, I thank thee, and praise thy glorious name(i): I will bless thee at all times: thy praise shall be continually in my mouth (j). I will lift up my hands unto the Lord, the most high God, the possessor of heaven and earth (k), and will magnify him with thanksgiving(); saying, Blessed be the name of the Lord, from this time forth, and for evermore (m); for of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen (n).
THANKSGIVING FOR RECOVERY FROM
Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. Psalm xxx. 5.
UNTO thee, O God, do I give thanks, unto thee do I give thanks (a); for thy servant hath found grace in thy sight, and thou hast magnified thy mercy which thou hast shewed unto me, in saving my life (b). The waves of death compassed me; but in my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried to my God: and he did hear my voice out of his temple, and my cry did enter into his ears (c): O Lord,

my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me(d): thou hast brought up my life from corruption (e). Thou hast chastened me sore, but hast not given me over unto death. I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord(f). For the grave cannot praise thee, death cannot celebrate thee: they that go down into the pit cannot hope for thy truth. The living, the living, he shall praise thee as I do this day (g). I will sacrifice unto thee with the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay that I have vowed. Salvation is of the Lord (h). THANKSGIVING FOR DELIVERANCE FROM DANGER.
The Lord will keep the feet of his saints. 1. Sam. ii. 9.
My soul doth magnify thee, O Lord, and my spirit rejoiceth in God my Saviour (a): for thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling (b). When my soul fainted within me, I remembered the Lord, and my prayer came in unto thee, into thine holy temple (c). Thou didst answer me in
