We have also examined the Account of Moneys passing through the hands of the Assistant Secretary, and have seen that it is correctly embodied in the Treasurer's Statement, and we have verified the various Investments and Cash Balances with the Stock Certificates and Bankers' Certificates and the Bank Pass Books. The Income and Expenditure Account shows a surplus of Income for the year of £73 16s., which is added to the General Surplus in the Balance Sheet. LIBRARY ASSOCIATION.
