"OME, weary souls, with sin distrest,
Come and accept the promis'd rest; The Saviour's gracious call obey,
And cast your glooiny fears away.
O come, and spread your woes abroad.
Will all the painful load remove.
How rich the gift! how free the grace! 4. Lord, we accept with thankful heart,
The hope thy gracious words impart;

Like floods of milk and wine.
Stand open night and day;
My dear Redeemer's praise !
The triumphs of his grace.
Assist me to proclaim,
The honours of thy namc.
That bids our sorrows cease : "Tis music in the sinners ears;

Ye need not one be left behind;

The invitation is to all;
All things in Christ are ready now. 3. Come, all ye souls, by sin oppressid,
Ye restless wand'rers after rest;
In Christ a hearty welcome-find. 4. My message as from God receive;
Ye all may come to Christ and live,
Nor suffer him to die in vain!, 3. His love is mighty to compel::
His conqu’ring love consent to feel;
And fight against your God no more, 6. See him set forth before your eyes,
That precious bleeding sacrifice!.
And freely now be sav'd by grace!. 7. This is the time; no more delay!

Haste to the supper of my Lord : Be wise to know your gracious day,
All things are ready, come away. 2. Ready the Father is to own,
And kiss his late-returning son;
And spreads for you his bleeding hands.

To triumph in your blest estate: Tuning their harps, they long to praise
The wonders of redeeming grace. 5. The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost,
Are ready with their shining host:
