We beg our readers to consider the following remarks as part and parcel of the
first article in this number:

In p. 190. add, after line 31, the following paragraph :-

KλOV iσтоρIKOV V BiBlois . This Dionysius is mentioned by Diodorus (iii.
65.) and Cicero (de Divin. 1. 23.); but his date is not known. Tpwinds and
'Hpwinds are confounded in Herod. ix. 27. 5. where Тpwikòs is the right reading.
P. 194. 1. 39. for "though it is," read "though it is not."

P. 195. 1. 6. See also Matthiæ Gr. Gr. § 523. 2. new edition, where the rule
on this use of av ei is clearly and correctly laid down.

In p. 196. add, after line 14, the two following paragraphs :-
