FIRST--The Parishes of this Diocese are expected to select their Delegates to the Convention from among such of their people as come to the Holy Communion.

SECOND_The offerings made in each Parish at the time of the visitation of the Bishop to such Parish shall be placed at his dis posal for charitable and religious purposes.

THIRD-It is expected that there be an annual offering for each of the following purposes:

A Thanksgiving Offering for Local Hospitals or other Charitable Institutions.

An Offering for the Mission of the Deaf Autes.

An Offering on Trinity Sunday for the increase of the endowment fund.

An Offering on Christmas Day applicable to premiums payable to the Church Pension Fund.

Adopted May 11th, 1910. · FOURTH-The people of the Diocese are affectionately requested to remember the needs of Yeates School for boys at Lancaster, and the following form of bequest is recommended.

I,

give and bequeath to the corporation of Yeates School, Lancaster, Pa., the sum of Dollars, the income to be used for aiding sons of the clergy and candidates for the ministry, in preparing for college in that school.

Adopted May 10th, 1911. FIFTH-Whenever the authorities of any Parish shall fail to submit a report in the form prescribed by the Bishop, or when the report submitted shall be defective in any particular, the Bishop shall cause a report to be made, or completed as the case may be from the best obtainable data and such report so made up or completed shall stand as the report of such Parish, organized mission or mission station for that year.
