I snouln not perhaps presume, Sir, to connect your name with the following imperfect production. But since the gentlemen, at whose invitation it was delivered, have thought it not unfit for publication, I confess I was nu willing to lose the opportunity, at once to pay a just tribute to an admirer of the Arts, and to convey a mark.
