Athletics at Dunwoody

J. E. SWETLAND, Coach.

Up to date the Dunwoody baseball team has played and won two games. The first, with West High, resulted in a 12 to 2 victory for Dunwoody. For the first game of the season the team showed to advantage both in the field and at bat. Hackett proved to be a sterling performer, both at bat and in the field. Tolly, in centerfield, covered a lot of territory, while Richard fielded his position at second base in big game style. Captian Chesla caught his usual good game and Enz, who pitched five innings of the seven played, showed his usual ability. Hackett, at short stop, and Van Vorst, in the box, showed marked ability.
