The purpose of this Oracle 11g course is to present some of the most advanced features available to database developers. Many of these features are either newly available with the Oracle 11g R1 or R2 release or have been substantially improved in these new versions. Such advanced features include online application redefinition using Editions, employing the full range of index types to achieve maximum performance, and advanced SQL query techniques.
