art the source of all our hopes,—both in this world and in that which is to come :To Thee do we owe life, and health, and all things.

Thou hast cared for us in infancy:-Be Thou our guide in youth.-Watch over us in all the years to come.-Thou hast healed us when we were sick.-Thou hast raised us up when we have been brought low.-Day after day Thou hast been with us, and comforts are round us on every side.

O Lord, we bless Thy name for what is past. May the thought of Thy goodness lead us to repent of all our sins.-May we walk in Thy will in the time to come.. Help us this day to shun all that is wrong. -Grant, that as we love life, and wish to see good days, we may keep our tongues from evil, and our lips from guile.-Give

may see Thy truth.-And grant us meek hearts that we may enter into Thy kingdom. And when it shall please Thee to call us from this world, - may we give our souls with trust and hope into Thy hands.-We ask it through Christ.-Amen.

LORD of all power and grace, who alone

art holy, just and true :-We are filled with grief and shame-when we think of all our sins against Thee.-Well may we put our hands upon our mouths and our faces in the dust, for we choose the dark ways of sin, rather than the light of Thy truth.

But O, our Father, we bless Thy name that Thou hast given us hope.-Thou hast said if we turn from our evil ways and repent, Thou wilt forgive the wrong we do.-We pray Thee now to take us into Thy favor, that we may dwell in that kingdom which is in every soul-that is filled with Thy truth and love.

We thank Thee O God, for the gift of Thy Son. Thou didst send him into the world to make known Thy ways.-May we aim to be like him-to have his spirit-to be ready like him at all times, to do and to bear for the sake of Thy truth.-Make our hearts a fit abode for Thy blessed spirit.-Guard us from all that is wrong in Thy sight.-And make us Thine in word and deed-through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

HY dear Son, O God, when on earth-took up little children in his arms and blessed them.-Fold us, Father, in Thine arms, and bless us also.-Fill our hearts, we pray Theo, with love, and open our lips with praise.Every good thing we have comes from Thee. -Thou art helping us by day and by night— and giving us food, and raiment and health. We bless Thee for these Thy gifts.-But more than all, we bless Thee for the great love of Christ, for the means of grace, and for the hope of the life to come.-0 Lord, we pray Thee to look in much mercy upon this School.-Give those who teach a deep sense of the great work they have to do. Grant them every gift they need.-May they have joy in training up the young-in the way they should go,-that when they are old, they may not depart from it.

And bless these Children in their studies.— May they be quick to learn.-May they keep the lessons they are taught.-May they obey their Parents and Teachers,-and be kind to each other. And as they grow in grace, may they also grow in wisdom,-and in favor with God and man.

O Lord, be with us all, Teachers and Children, at all times and in all places.Graft in our hearts the love of Thy name.— Increase in us true religion.-Build us up in Thy most holy faith, and keep us ever in

the right way.-We ask it through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

When we lie down, it is under the shadow of Thy wings.-When we rise up, Thy hand leads us,-and Thy right hand upholds us.-In Thee we live and move and have our being.-Make us to feel, O God, that we are never alone.
