PRAYER.

UR Father, in whom are light and life and all things,fill our hearts, with a sense of Thy love. - Teach us to serve Thee as we ought.-Grant us the aid of Thy grace that we may know and do Thy will. So shall we dwell in the light of Thy truth, - and Thou wilt be with us, - and Thy right hand shall lead us - all the days of our life.

We thank Thee for health and strength, and for all the blessings of this life. - But more than all we bless Thee for the gift of Thy Son, for the light of Thy word, and for the hope of the life to come.

May we show forth Thy praise, O Lord,not with our lips alone, but in our lives.Make us to know Thy truth.- Thy word is Write that word upon our hearts,

that we may have Thee always in Our thoughts. Teach us to love Thee with pure with all our mind, might and

hearts, strength.

Thou didst send Thy Son to take away the sin of the world. Blot out all our sins, O God, - and make us Thine, in will and deed, - through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

teach,—that they may find joy in the work they have to do.-Bless these children.-May the right means be used to teach them Thy truth.-Be Thou their guard and guide,-and show them the way in which they should go.

By Thee, O God, all hearts are seen,-all wants are known.-From Thee no thought or word is hid.-May it please Thee to cleanse the thoughts of our hearts,-that we may love Thee in truth,-and live to the praise of Thy name, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
