The Sermons, Addresses, &c., at the close of this volume, have been selected from the best productions of the author, and have never be fore been given to the public, except one of the Sermons. The hope is entertained that they will be read with pleasure and profit by the friends of Mr. Fuller. They strikingly exhibit the peculiar characteristics of his gifted mind, and will remind many a reader of the command ing voice and animated gesture of the preacher, when they came warm from his heart and fell fresh from his lips.

I thankfully acknowledge my obligations to Rev. A. B. Grosh, of Utica, and especially to Rev. 8. R. Smith, of Albany, N. Y., for their kindness and promptness in furnishing important information, which will be found embodied in this work.

In the hope that the blessing of God may at tend this work, and render it the means of lead ing the living to emulate the 'virtues of the worthy dead, it is now humbly submitted to the public, by their obedient servant.
