It affords an invigoration of the nervous system, the muscles and the entire circulatory apparatus, which taxes the organism but moderately, and therefore is one of the most favored tonic remedies (p. 369). I am convinced that in time all chronic diseases of the organs will be drawn into the domain of the bath treatment."
